The game Released in May 2007 locks players in a closet challenging them to find a way out by solving a series of puzzles and discovering hidden items. Player has to explore each inch of a closet clicking on objects to find items that can be used to unlock doors or solve other puzzles.

It maintains The high standard of puzzle design seen in The first installment requiring players to combine items and use them in creative ways to progress to The next level. Players might need to use a coat hanger to retrieve items from difficult places or decipher codes to unlock boxes. The minimalist design of The game focuses on The puzzles themselves offering little narrative but plenty of intellectual challenges.

Escape the Closet was well-received for its engaging gameplay and challenging puzzles.
