A lab team mixed up a tiny blob of grey goo to scrub sinks. It escaped the container. First it gulped dust. Next it swallowed stray bacteria. Then it swallowed spilled coffee grounds. Each gulp made it grow. Soon it tackled discarded tools and crushed small objects in its path.
Players jump into three modes. The casual track moves at a calm pace. Race mode pushes a ticking clock. Endurance mode never stops. Gamers tap arrow keys to guide the blob. It steers around large bits. Each bit stays out of grasp. The blob swells. Then it snaps chunks one by one.
A cheerful soundtrack plays during each chomp. Funny zaps and burps pop with every bite. It clears scattered items from the lab bench. The blob drifts outdoors. It devours cars and fences. Then it bites street signs in quick succession. Soon it reaches open sky. It moves into orbit. Next it devours moons and planets with endless hunger.
